We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Lead who can take full ownership of the Social Eye Foundation's initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and doer—someone who brings leadership experience, a heart for social impact, and the ability to scale programs meaningfully through partnerships, innovation, and operational rigor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Define and evolve the long-term vision, goals, and roadmaps for Social Eye Foundation initiatives.
  • Program Ownership:
  • Take full ownership of ongoing initiatives such as the Computer Lab Program —from planning and execution to tracking outcomes.
  • Partnerships & Fundraising:
  • Engage with corporate partners for CSR funding, sponsorships, and support.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential partners and donors.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Establish and manage processes for scaling programs across locations.
  • Develop tracking systems for monitoring and reporting impact.
  • Innovation & Ideation:
  • Bring in fresh ideas, structures, and approaches to improve outcomes and efficiency.
  • Leverage technology and data to create scalable and sustainable models.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Collaborate with volunteers, educators, and implementation partners.
  • Maintain transparent and regular reporting to the board/founders.
