RESPONSIBILITIES
Regulatory & Compliance Management
Support HR Ops & Compliance Manager in ensuring HR activities comply with both company's SOPs and local regulations.
- Highlight and escalate as appropriate non-compliance with the organization's SOP with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
- Support HRBP in NAVEX, investigations and audits.
- Assist with preparation of documentation and manage responses to HR audits (JSOX etc.).
Disseminate latest SOPs to stakeholders.
HR Systems Administration & Governance
Support in standardizing payroll systems across the region (i.e. centralisation).
Ensure all employee information are maintained timely and accurately andHR Systems Administration & Governance

- Ensure all employee information are maintained timely and accurately and secured.
- Assist in gathering new requests and operational needs from HR teams.
- Assist with consolidation of inputs on effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives and user needs.
4. HR Data Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Gather data from various sources required for monthly reports.
- Sort and segregate data as directed by senior colleagues.
- Assist with consolidation of data for corporate function and at regional level.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Assist with gathering inputs on effectiveness of HR processes.
Assist with preparation of materials for training and presentations.
EXPERIENCE
General Experience
Associate Specialist role - Sound experience of simple office / operational
systems and some internship or basic work experience in HR preferred (Over 12
to 18 months).
Specialist role - Experienced practitioner who is able to work under minimum
supervision (Over 18 months to 3 years).
Senior Specialist role - Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of
situations and to advise or coach others, work under little to no supervision and
is self-sufficient and self-starter (Over 3 to 6 years).
