Job Title: Quick Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quick Commerce Partnerships:
    Manage and grow business on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and Swiggy Instamart.
  • Inventory & Stock Management:
    Ensure real-time stock availability, timely replenishment, and minimal out-of-stock situations.
  • Promotions & Campaigns:
    Plan and execute promotions, discounting strategies, and visibility campaigns to drive sales.
  • Sales Growth:
    Achieve monthly GMV and order volume targets across quick commerce platforms.
  • Data & Analytics:
    Track KPIs such as order frequency, stock-out rates, platform rankings, and campaign ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Customer Experience:
    Monitor ratings, reviews, and fulfillment metrics to improve product visibility and customer trust.
  • Innovation:
    Explore opportunities for exclusive launches, product bundling, and partnerships unique to the quick commerce ecosystem.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    quick commerce, e-commerce, or FMCG operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other quick commerce platforms.
  • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
