Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing catalogue sheets for listing products including catalog details such as titles, descriptions, keywords etc.
- Manage daily operations for commerce including preparing and updating product catalog (product data / specification and images) on company website and marketplaces
- E commerce order management
- Knowledge of advertising on Amazon, Flip kart and understand the concept of, Ads, etc. followed by their performance management through ACOS.
- Optimizing and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, descriptions & prices to increase the product visibility and hence sales.
- Manage and monitor content for the e commerce Portal
- Managing company website & Online Marketplaces like Amazon, Flip kart.
- Manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, and other online marketing, customer web analytics, and Web Technologies.
- Increasing Revenue.
- Manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
- To carry out a survey of the Competing Products on e-commerce stores and after analysis give suggestion to improve sales.
- Understanding of Competitors performance, eCommerce strategy, new product promo.
- Listing and cataloging the products online.
- Ensuring all contents are correctly updated to manage all aspect of E-commerce and key account with cross functional activities.
- Daily update of records
- Highly self-motivated person/team worker.
- Experience of handling errors via bulk sheet upload.
- Good knowledge of amazon & filpkart & other e-commerce portals.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel like V Lookup,Filters ,Pivot Etc.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel.
- Desire to work in a fast -paced, challenging environment.
- Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Quick grasper and self learner.
