**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Strategy**: Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales, enhance user experience, and increase customer retention.
- **Website Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve business goals.
- **Customer Experience**: Enhance the online shopping experience through continuous improvements, personalized recommendations, and excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,568.31 - ₹22,000.00 per month
