Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with AV integrators and corporate video conferencing. This role involves data mining, negotiating through reception to fix meetings with key stakeholders, coordinating with the internal team to arrange demos, and assisting in closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, including AV integrators and corporate clients, to introduce and promote Canon PTZ cameras.
- Utilize data mining techniques to identify and generate new business leads.
- Negotiate through reception to schedule meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to arrange technical demos and presentations for clients.
- Follow up with clients post-demo to address any questions and assist in closing the sales loop.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on client needs and market trends.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly call and meeting targets.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in AV technology and Canon products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar role, preferably dealing with AV integrators or corporate video conferencing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong data mining and lead generation abilities.
- Ability to navigate corporate structures and reach key decision-makers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in dealing with AV integrators or corporate video conferencing solutions.
- Familiarity with Canon PTZ cameras or similar AV products.
