Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Tele Caller with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, understanding their corporate gifting needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their corporate gifting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our corporate gifting products and services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
Client Engagement:
Understand the client's requirements and provide appropriate gift solutions that meet their corporate gifting needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends in corporate gifting.
Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
Database Management:
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of client interactions and sales activities.
Ensure all client information is properly recorded and managed in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge:
Gain in-depth knowledge of our corporate gifting products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
Stay updated with new product launches and promotional offers.
Feedback and Reporting:
Provide feedback to the management team on client needs, preferences, and any issues encountered during calls.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, call outcomes, and performance metrics.
