The Role
Job Description:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to individuals or businesses based on a provided list or database.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers.
- Customer Information: Collect and record customer information, such as names, addresses, and payment details, accurately and efficiently.
- Script Adherence: Follow a script or guidelines provided by the company to ensure a consistent and effective sales pitch.
- Handle Objections: Address customer concerns or objections and provide information to overcome them.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for follow-up by the sales team.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a good understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Use CRM systems to input, track, and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers for additional sales or to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
- Listening Skills: Attentive listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
- Sales Skills: Basic sales skills and a customer-focused approach.
- You are a fresher with relevant degree
- You have knowledge of inside sales and cold calling
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
