Position: Help Desk Analyst Work Location: Remote Work Schedule: 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST, following the American holiday schedule.

Job Summary: The Helpdesk Analyst provides essential first-line technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong analytical skills who can prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities: 5-7 years of experience managing desktop and cloud infrastructure Managing Entra ID / Intune Developing automation to eliminate manual tasks (disable inactive users, …) Cost Management, Inventory Management L1 and L2 Support for local and remote users Facility Support, developing standards for all users Build new hardware, support onsite infrastructure Able to support Windows, M365 and other desktop applications. Create new user, delete user and manage routine tasks Software installation, maintain inventory of hardware / software using Azur platform.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years in IT support, ideally including Level 1 Helpdesk support. Experience in cloud infrastructure management is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, M365 suite, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools. Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls). Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Virtual Desktop is advantageous.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications : A+ or Network+ preferred; AWS or Azure certifications are beneficial.
