Role Overview

We're looking for articulate and empathetic Customer Experience (CX) Agents to be the voice of the company. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via chat, email, and phone with empathy and clarity.
  • Visit customers and actively participate in field marketing events to understand customers better.
