About the role:As a Product Marketing & Growth Specialist, you will be at the intersection of product innovation and market expansion, driving strategies that amplify our reach and resonate with our customers. This role demands creativity, analytical skills and a knack for crafting compelling narratives that convert leads into loyal customers. Join us in redefining how B2B enterprise SaaS products make their mark.

Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive marketing roadmaps tailored to product lifecycles.Drive go-to-market initiatives with precision and scalability.Create impactful storytelling strategies to highlight product benefits.Leverage content marketing to build a strong online presence.Implement growth hacking techniques to optimize user acquisition and retention.Experiment with innovative marketing channels and approaches to maximize ROI.Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Utilize performance metrics to refine campaigns and drive continuous improvement.Partner with product teams to align on feature rollouts and updates.Work with sales teams to create enablement materials that drive conversions.Manage SEO, SEM, and marketing automation efforts to enhance lead generation.Oversee A/B testing and data analytics to refine strategies.

Team Collaboration:Be a proactive team player, working independently and providing technical insights to the team and leadership.Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.

Qualifications and Experience:Education: Engineering & Business Administration Studies from Tier 1 institutes.Experience:

4-5 years in product marketing or growth roles, with a focus on B2B enterprise SaaS startups.

Skills:Advanced knowledge of

marketing automation tools

and analytics platforms.Expertise in

Google Ads and SEO .Exceptional ability to craft and present product narratives.Mindset:

Data-driven, innovative, and customer-centric.
