Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive specializing in the construction sector for a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a work experience ranging from 4 to 6 years and a proven track record in B2B sales and lead generation within this industry. Qualifications and Skills Proficient in lead generation and skilled at identifying new business opportunities (Mandatory skill). Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively (Mandatory skill). Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the construction sector (Mandatory skill). Familiarity with CRM Software such as Salesforce and HubSpot for maintaining customer relationship data. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Skilled in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify market trends and opportunities. Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals. Possesses financial acumen to understand budgetary constraints and optimize sales performance. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential leads to expand the company's business opportunities within the construction industry. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share. Engage in negotiations with clients to finalize contracts that align with company objectives.
