Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Associate The Process Associate will manage day-to-day tasks including analyzing data, providing customer service, and supporting financial processes. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure efficient business process outsourcing (BPO) and delivering high-quality service while meeting operational goals.

Skills Required:

  • Effective Communication abilities
  • Flexible with shift timings
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai

Work Location : Sutherland, Sriram Gateway IT Park, Opp Perungalathur railway station, Perungalathur

Work Schedule : 5 days / week - 2 days of rotational week offs - Rotational shift (includes night shift)

Transportation Facility : A two-way cab will be provided based on the location (within 25 kms) & shift timings.

Qualification - Plus-2 / 3 years diploma / Any graduate
