Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate based in Chennai for a US based telecom provider. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions via chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering support. The role also involves introducing customers on new products and services, also to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. Should be able to work in rotational night shifts and split week offs.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the telecom or technology industry and sales background is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
