Head - Business Development

At Snapbot you will scale our business development efforts, including franchise growth, vendor partnerships, and market expansion. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution to meet ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new business through franchise sales and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and potential franchisees.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.
- Oversee the negotiation and finalization of deals and contracts with partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with brand promotion and visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on progress towards business goals and financial targets.
Requirements
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Desired Skills :
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing franchise operations is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of CRM systems and modern sales tools.
