McArrows is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Business Development to lead and expand our business development efforts. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the company's growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing the overall market presence of McArrows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing business development team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proposal Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, presentations, and bids.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment and execution of business development strategies.
  • Networking: Represent McArrows at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
