Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Noida. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the company. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with hiring managers and understand role requirements
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining candidate databases
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within the tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
