We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels, specifically Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing creation, order processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our online marketplace accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing & Catalog Management:
  • Create and manage product listings on Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Optimize listings with appropriate titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Upload product details using bulk sheets and templates.
  • Ensure accuracy of content, pricing, and inventory.
  • Order & Inventory Management:
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch.
  • Track orders and ensure delivery within promised timelines.
  • Maintain updated inventory levels across platforms to prevent stockouts or overselling.
  • Daily Operations:
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to listings, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
  • Coordinate with the support teams of Amazon and Flipkart when needed.
  • Manage reports for sales, returns, payments, and performance metrics.

Key Skills Required
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing seller panels on Amazon and Flipkart.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
