We are seeking a professional with 4-8 years of experience in lending partnerships, banking alliances, and digital lending for personal loans and credit lines. If you are a dynamic Manager/Senior Manager who can drive strategic relationships with lending partners, develop rules engines for personal loan products, and manage the full lifecycle of digital lending let’s speak about how we can collaborate on our latest product for digital lending catering to personal loans and credit lines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners (banks, NBFCs, fintech lenders), ensuring alignment with QuickSettle’s strategic goals.
  • Partnership Negotiations: Lead negotiations for new partnerships, renewals, and expansions. Secure agreements that align with business targets and credit disbursal objectives.
  • Product development: Evolving the product keeping in mind the current fintech landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize the rules engine for automating personal loan products.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partnership performance, ensuring metrics such as loan approval rates, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction are met.
  • Strategic Development: Identify and onboard strategic lending partners to extend QuickSettle’s footprint in the personal loans and credit lines market.
  • Process Ownership: Oversee the lending process end-to-end, from onboarding lending partners to credit approvals and loan disbursals.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Manage all documentation related to partnerships, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance standards. 
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to documentation or operational processes that impact partner relationships or loan disbursal efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, product, and operations teams to streamline workflows and ensure seamless execution of lending operations.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • 4-8 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, or other lending institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital lending products, personal loans, credit policies, and banking operations.
  • Experience in creating and managing lending workflows, including rules engines for personal loans or credit lines.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment and drive results independently.


Work Environment:

  • 5-day work week + alternate Saturdays.
