Role & responsibilities :


  • As A Assistant Branch Manager - Loans & Collections


  • Should be able to identify the Target Customers for the Business Loans in according to Organization Criteria.
  • Visiting the Field on a daily basis for Lead Generation and After the process of the Loan File.
  • Informing the Customer about the Process of the Loan and the criteria that the customer has to fulfill in the documentation.
  • ABM-Loans is completely responsible for the Document Collection from the Customer.
  • Should visit the Customer and Guarantor for Field Verification in the presence of the Branch Manager.
  • Should follow up on the NPAs at the Branch Level.

  • Team Management is a must.
  • Ability to recruit the agents for collection purposes on a commission based.
  • Visiting field on a day-to-day basis for inspection of Executives.
  • Verify the collection amount of each executive by the end of the day.
  • Vising field for Marketing activities to generate new leads for Business Loans.
  • Interacting with the leads to close the deals.


Preferred candidate profile:

  • Proven Experience in Loans& Collections Candidates will be preferred to have experience in Business Loans.
  • Ability to Judge on the Customer Profile Before Sanctioning the Loan.
  • Can be able to tackle the NPA Customers at the Branch Level.
