Job Description

Lead and manage a high-performing team of BDRs and SDRs.Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation and qualification strategies.Oversee the outbound sales process, setting clear goals and expectations for BDRs.Coach and mentor BDRs and SDRs to improve their sales skills and techniques.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure targeted lead generation efforts.Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for process improvement.Forecast sales and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Demand Gen teams.Proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation and sales strategies.Strong understanding of pipeline generation in B2B Enterprise domain.Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.Experience managing and motivating sales teams.Deep knowledge of the US/EMEA enterprise markets.
