About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior BDR Manager to lead our growing sales development team. As a Senior BDR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business development efforts. Your mission will be to drive the success of our BDR team by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring our team is equipped with the tools and training they need to excel. Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDR Leads & SDRs(IC), ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Implement and iterate on sales messaging and playbooks to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the team.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and refine sales processes and strategies to optimize pipeline generation and qualification efforts.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align on goals, strategies, and messaging.
  • Develop and optimize sales frameworks to qualify leads and train the team on these methodologies.
  • Performance Management:
  • Set clear performance metrics and targets for the team and track progress against these goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
  • Training and Development:
  • Create and deliver engaging and effective sales training programs, utilizing creative approaches to keep the team motivated and skilled.
  • Develop frameworks and tools to help the team manage their work and achieve targets efficiently.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.


We are looking for:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in SaaS B2B Sales, with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in managing BDR leads and their teams, functioning effectively as a skip-level manager with a proven track record of hiring, training, and managing a successful sales development team.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated ability to create and iterate on sales messaging and training playbooks.
  • Strong process-driven approach with a focus on building and scaling high-performance teams.
  • Proven experience in selling SaaS or software products.
  • Proficient in various sales frameworks for lead qualification, with experience in training teams to use these frameworks effectively.
  • Creative and innovative in delivering sales training and motivating teams.
