Our team is at the forefront of developing next-generation GenAI technologies to tackle the most intricate challenges in paid digital advertising Role Overview: Join LeapX as a Founding Engineer and become a part of our core team. You will be responsible for leading a lean team, driving new developments, and maintaining existing systems. Your role will focus on internal collaborations, developing robust backend solutions, and setting best practices for our engineering processes. The role requires solutions oriented mindset, adherence to deliveries, and mutual success. This role places you at the forefront of the technological frontier, engaging with cutting-edge solutions in Generative AI. You will be expected to master unfamiliar technologies, adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape, and engineer state-of-the-art solutions tailored for large language model architectures. Your work will require precision, adaptability, and a proactive learning attitude to navigate and succeed in this advanced domain. Key Responsibilities: Designing and implementing high-quality software solutions for responsive Web App, take up new developments and features. Architect and refactor monolithic codebases into more modular and maintainable components. Design and manage databases using

MongoDB . Experience in RDBMS is a plus Create and maintain admin panels using tools like

Retool . Develop and integrate APIs and backend services using

AWS solutions

(Redshift, Bedrock, Lambda, Sagemaker). Develop and deploy APIs using

Node.js , with experience in serverless computing and micro-services architectures Lead the development of frontend services using

ReactJS

and

TypeScript

for responsive web app Utilize

Docker

and

Git

for development and version control. Implement and understand analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Hotjar and others Required Skills and Qualifications: Min

4 years of experience

after graduation in a product company (experience in the services industry not preferred). Min

3 years in Backend

with experience in system design. B.Tech. in CS/ IT

is a must, Pedigree from Tier-1 and Tier-2 institutes is a plus Proven track record in developing applications with AWS, particularly with technologies like AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and EC2. Strong aptitude, excellent decision-making skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset is non negotiable. Familiarity with vector databases and indexing/search technologies is a plus. Prior experience of working on search and chatbot projects is a plus. Hands on experience in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and frameworks is a plus Knowledge of Apache Kafka, developing ETL pipes and data-intensive applications is a plus.
