Be a part of the core team at LeapX as a Founding Engineer. Take charge of overseeing a compact team, spearheading new advancements, and managing existing systems. Your responsibilities revolve around internal collaborations, constructing robust backend solutions, and establishing engineering best practices. This position demands a solutions-focused approach, commitment to deadlines, and shared victories. This opportunity positions you at the forefront of the technology frontier, working with state-of-the-art solutions in Generative AI. You will need to adeptly handle unknown technologies, adapt to the rapidly evolving AI landscape, and build cutting-edge solutions customized for extensive language model architectures. Your role will demand precision, flexibility, and a proactive learning attitude to navigate and excel in this sophisticated realm.Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing top-notch software solutions for responsive Web App, taking on new features and developments.
  • Architecting and refactoring monolithic codebases into more modular and manageable elements.
  • Designing and managing databases using MongoDB. Proficiency in RDBMS is beneficial.
  • Creating and maintaining admin panels with tools like Retool.
  • Developing and integrating APIs and backend services using AWS solutions (Redshift, Bedrock, Lambda, Sagemaker).
  • Developing and deploying APIs with serverless computing and micro-services architectures.
  • Leading frontend services development using ReactJS and TypeScript for responsive web apps.
  • Utilizing Docker and Git for development and version control.
  • Implementing and understanding analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Amplitude, Hotjar, and others.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of post-graduation experience in a product company (experience in the services sector is not preferred).
  • At least 3 years in Backend with system design experience.
  • B.Tech. in CS/IT is essential, coming from Tier-1 and Tier-2 institutes is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record in developing applications with AWS, notably utilizing technologies like AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and EC2.
  • Possess strong aptitude, exceptional decision-making abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset is crucial.
  • Familiarity with vector databases and indexing/search technologies is a benefit. Prior involvement in search and chatbot projects is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in Python and knowledge of AI/ML libraries and frameworks are beneficial.
  • Understanding of Apache Kafka, developing ETL pipes, and working on data-intensive applications is a plus.
