JobSummary:
Wereseeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive SME B2Bsales particularly targeting small businesses in tier 2/3 cities.As a BDE youll play a crucial role in making these businessesunderstand the benefits of adopting our Fatafat product to scaletheiroperations.


YourRole &Responsibilities:
  • Cultivateand nurture relationships with prospective franchisees showcasingthe benefits of joining the Fatafat network and how our techplatform enhances their businessoperations.
  • Conductpresentations and demonstrations to prospective franchiseeseffectively articulating how our tech solutions can drive successandprofitability.
  • Serveas a trusted advisor to franchisees offering ongoing support andguidance to optimize their utilization of our tech platform andmarketingresources.
  • Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights fromfranchisees informing continuous improvements and enhancements toour tech platform and supportservices.

Youshould have:
  • Proventrack record in sales preferably in the SaaS Edtech or B2Bfranchiseindustry.
  • Strongunderstanding of technology platforms and their application inbusinessoperations.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and trust with diversestakeholders.
  • Highlymotivated and resultsoriented with a passion for driving businessgrowth andexpansion.
  • Abilityto thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to evolvingpriorities andchallenges.
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or related fieldpreferred.

Your role & responsibilities: Initiate outbound calls todrivers with negative balances. Explain how the outstanding amountis generated, and provide information on answering related queries.Ensure the meticulous and precise documentation of call records.Meet daily and weekly call targets by establishing a minimum of 100connected calls per day. Conduct daily follow-ups with drivers. YouShould Have: Excellent communication (Hindi) and interpersonalskills. Demonstrated expertise in telemarketing or customerservice. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to work in atarget-driven environment. Basic computer skills for data entry andreporting.
