Business Development Executive(Upwork)

Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new business opportunities on various online freelancing portals (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.).Create, customize, and submit high-quality, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our services and capabilities.Bid on relevant projects and follow up with potential clients to secure business.Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication and timely delivery of services.Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.Maintain a database of all the bidding activities and track the status of each bid.Leverage LinkedIn for lead generation, client outreach, and brand promotion.Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn network to identify and engage potential clients.Create and share relevant content on LinkedIn to attract and engage followers.Communicate with potential clients on LinkedIn to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, etc.Proven track record of winning bids and securing projects.Experience in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of various freelancing portals and their bidding processes.Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in IT services, web development, mobile app development, or a related field.Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or graphic design services.Experience in creating and managing LinkedIn content and campaigns.
