JobOverview: As a Franchise SalesManager your primary responsibility is to drive the growth andexpansion of the companys franchise network. This role involvesdeveloping and implementing effective strategies to attract andonboard new franchisees ensuring they align with the companys brandand values. The Franchise Sales Manager plays a pivotal role inachieving sales targets maintaining brand standards and fosteringstrong relationships with franchisepartners.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • FranchiseDevelopment:
  • Identifyand analyse potential markets for franchiseexpansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plansfor franchise growth.
  • Collaborate withmarketing and research teams to assess market trends andcompetition2
  • LeadGeneration andQualification:
  • Generateleads through various channels including online inquiries referralsand industry events.
  • Qualify potentialfranchisees based on financial stability experience and alignmentwith brandvalues.
  • SalesPresentations andNegotiations:
  • Conductpresentations to prospective franchisees showcasing the benefitsand opportunities of joining the franchisesystem.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions ensuringa winwin situation for both the company and thefranchisee.
  • DocumentationandCompliance:
  • Guidefranchisees through the application process ensuring all requireddocumentation is completed accurately.
  • Ensurecompliance with legal and regulatory requirements in differentregions.
  • RelationshipManagement:
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with existing and potentialfranchisees.
  • Provide ongoing support andcommunication to franchisepartners.
  • TrainingandOnboarding:
  • Coordinatewith the training department to facilitate onboarding programs fornew franchisees.
  • Ensure that franchiseesunderstand and adhere to brand standards and operationalguidelines.
  • ReportingandAnalysis:
  • Prepareregular reports on sales performance lead generation and markettrends.
  • Analyse data to identify areas forimprovement and make informeddecisions.
  • Collaboration:
  • Workclosely with other departments including operations marketing andfinance to ensure seamless integration of newfranchises.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in franchise sales ora similar role.
  • Strong understanding offranchise operations sales strategies and marketdynamics.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as neededto meet with potential franchisees.
  • Knowledgeof legal and regulatory requirements forfranchising.
