Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Scheduling Optimization to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and participate in client meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
- Provide expert advice and consultation on Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Field Service Lightning and scheduling optimization.
- Design and implement customized solutions within Salesforce, emphasizing Field Service Lightning functionality and scheduling optimization techniques.
- Serve as the technical expert in Field Service Lightning and scheduling optimization, providing guidance on best practices and optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and administrators to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Field Service Lightning features, functionality, and scheduling algorithms.
- Customize/build Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) applications using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validations, Lightning Components, LWC, APIs, etc.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to clients post-implementation.
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices for Salesforce development, FSL implementation, and scheduling optimization.
- Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce and Field Service Lightning developments, including advancements in scheduling :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Strong understanding of Field Service operations and industry best practices.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong experience in building Lightning Aura and Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Expertise in scheduling algorithms and optimization techniques for field service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications :
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred).
- Exp is 8 to 10 years.
