Job Description :

As a Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in Financial Services Cloud implementation, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of financial services organizations.

You will collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and drive successful implementations.

Your expertise in Financial Services Cloud features and best practices will be critical in delivering value-added solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges related to financial services.

- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud to address complex business needs, including wealth management, banking, insurance, and lending.

- Define solution architecture, data model, integration points, and technical design considerations to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features, including Client Profiles, Household Management, Financial Accounts, Goals, Financial Plans, and more, to meet specific business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

- Conduct solution reviews and provide recommendations for optimizing existing Salesforce implementations and addressing technical debt.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices related to Financial Services Cloud and share knowledge with the team.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and clients.

- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demos, and proposal development, to showcase our expertise and capabilities in the Financial Services Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions using Financial Services Cloud.

- Strong understanding of financial services industry concepts, processes, and regulations, with hands-on experience in wealth management, banking, insurance, or lending.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features, including Client Profiles, Financial Accounts, Goals, Financial Plans, and Lightning Components.

- Proven experience in solution architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect are preferred.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira is a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.

- Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional.
