Job Overview :
We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Architect with expertise in OmniStudio to join our team and play a crucial role in advising a strategic initiative for one of our clients in the insurance sector.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a key advisor to the Systems Integrator (SI) team, providing indepth knowledge and expertise in OmniStudio.
- Understanding the existing underwriting solution on the SFI (Insurance Cloud Platform) and guiding the migration process to Core FSC.
- Collaborate closely with the SI team to facilitate the seamless migration of the client's underwriting solution from SFI to Core FSC.
- While the primary focus is on servicerelated aspects, the candidate should be wellversed in OmniStudio to guide decisions related to the user interface (UI) transition.
- Leverage expertise in building UI components using Flexcards and Omniscripts.
- Assist in the decisionmaking process to determine whether to retain and reuse these components in the Core FSC environment.
- Evaluate and recommend the reuse of PS Advisory components where applicable, ensuring efficient and effective integration into the new architecture.
- Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and preferences regarding the UI built using Flexcards and Omniscripts.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing the UI in the Core FSC environment.
Qualifications :
- Indepth expertise in OmniStudio is essential.
- While experience with SFI is beneficial, a strong focus on OmniStudio capabilities is required for this role.
- Familiarity with the insurance sector, particularly in underwriting processes, is advantageous.
- Proven ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and guide them through complex technical transitions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to challenges encountered during the migration process.
