Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR Operations , Payroll, Statutory compliances, HR Metrics and Analytics, PMS, L&D and Recruitment functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and is ideal for individuals aiming to build a career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and other routine HR tasks.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Payroll Support
- Collate and verify attendance, leave, and other payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payroll processing.
- Assist in salary slips generation and distribution.
- Maintain payroll-related documents and records.
- Recruitment
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support pre-joining and onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, is Preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Quick learner with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, etc.)
- Basic understanding of labor laws and payroll processes.
- Internship or prior experience in an HR support role is a plus.
