Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Backend Development Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in backend development and the opportunity to work on real-world projects remotely. You will collaborate with experienced developers and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the development team to design and develop scalable and efficient backend systems
- Assist in coding, testing, debugging, and documenting backend applications
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
- Contribute to the optimization and performance tuning of backend applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Assist in the integration of backend systems with frontend applications and third-party services
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing backend systems
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and technologies Node.js
- Understanding of databases and experience with NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles
- Basic understanding of version control systems, such as Git
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug code
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: This is an unpaid internship position. However, you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced developers, and the opportunity to enhance your backend development skills. Upon successful completion of the internship, you will receive a certificate of completion.
