Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (D2C) to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts in the mental health services domain. The ideal candidate will develop and execute innovative sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and drive growth in direct-to-consumer sales channels.
Key Responsibilities 1.Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective D2C sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
2.Customer Acquisition & Engagement
Drive lead generation through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and digital channels.
Foster strong relationships with prospective customers to promote MyndWynd's services.
3.Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
4.Market Research & Insights
Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.
Provide actionable insights to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
5.Reporting & Accountability
Track sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Ensure accountability and transparency in all sales activities.
Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in healthtech, mental health, wellness, or related industries is a strong advantage.
