About the role
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with 1–5 years of experience in HR operations, who is also enthusiastic about managing and supporting campus hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, excel at meeting tight deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional candidate engagement skills while supporting broader HR initiatives and projects.
Responsibility
- Talent Acquisition
- Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Assist in campus drives, including planning, coordination, and full-cycle support during the annual November–January period.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR data effectively.
- Assist the HR Manager with background verification of new employees.
- Manage employee enrollment by issuing forms and verifying document completion.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Address employee inquiries and help resolve operational issues.
- Organize office events and activities (e.g., Fun Fridays, team functions).
- Other Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics and data.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees, stakeholders, and candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of initiative and adaptability.
