Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive HR Associate - Intern to join our human resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

HR Operations:

  • Support daily HR activities, including maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Engagement:

  • Help plan and organize team-building activities and initiatives to enhance employee morale.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure timely updates of employee information.

Compliance Assistance:

  • Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with legal and organizational standards.

Learning and Development:

  • Support the implementation of training programs and assist in tracking their effectiveness.

General Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and people management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and contribute.
