Serving diverse industries from automotive to medical equipment, we are expanding our team and looking for two dynamic professionals. Position 1: Admin Executive Experience: 1-3 years Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office facilities. • Coordinate with vendors for payment and logistics partners. • Maintain inventory records of engineering plastics and chemicals. • Support documentation. • Manage office supplies and procurement activities. Position 2: Sales Coordinator Experience: 2-4 years Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate sales activities for engineering plastics and chemical products • Prepare quotations and follow up with domestic and international clients • Maintain customer database across various industries (automotive, electronics, etc.) • Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers • Track shipments and coordinate logistics • Handle customer inquiries for technical grades of plastics • Support sales team in achieving distribution targets Required Qualifications for Both Positions: • Bachelor's degree in relevant field • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Additional Requirements for Sales Coordinator: • Knowledge of polymer/chemical industry preferred • Experience with CRM software • Strong analytical skills for market tracking What We Offer: • Competitive salary based on experience and role • Professional development opportunities • Exposure to international trade and global markets • Career growth in a leading distribution company • Dynamic work environment with diverse industry exposure How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to apply through or send their resume to mentioning the position applied for in the subject line
