Job Title: HR Administrative SpecialistHR Administrative SpecialistThe role of the HR Administrative Specialist involves implementing and performing various administrative processes and tasks for the learning & talent development team.Ongoing responsibilities include handling sensitive employee information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Handle queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers on HR policies/procedures.Support talent development initiatives such as mentoring, coaching, assessments, leadership programs, and skills mapping.Maintain HR data accuracy in HRIS systems.Assist with HR data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.Support the coordination of supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice monitoring.Contribute to personal capability building, emphasizing digital tools and AI.The ideal candidate will have:3+ Years of Relevant HR Experience.Exposure to HR data/insights for decision-making.Proficiency in learning technologies and analytics tools.Curious, creative, and a strong team player.Strong verbal communication skills.HR data management & reporting.Information management & HR systems proficiency.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends.Teamwork and relationship management.Accountability & ownership.Planning, prioritization, and problem-solving in complex situations.Tech-savvy and adaptable.Collaboration & relationship building.Sound decision-making.Key Responsibilities:This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
