Job TitleAs a key member of the Learning & Talent Development Team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and performing various HR administrative processes and tasks.Oftentimes, you will handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Handle queries from internal stakeholders and suppliers on HR policies and procedures.Support talent development initiatives through mentoring, coaching, assessments, leadership programs, and skills mapping.Maintain accuracy of HR data within HRIS systems.Assist with HR data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.Requirements:3+ years of relevant HR experience.Exposure to HR data and insights for decision-making.Proficiency in learning technologies and analytics tools.Personal Qualities:Curious and creative.Strong team player.Strong verbal communication skills.Ability to identify trends and analyze data.What We Offer:A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Keywords: Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning Technologies.
