JobDescription Our dataprotection company is seeking a Recruiter to acquire new talent forour rapidly growing departments. We are looking for someone who cankeep pace with current growth and recruit talents according to ourorganizations needs. The successful candidate will have a keen eyewhen reviewing resumes and conducting prescreening interviews. Ifyou re sharp professional and have good communication skills wewould like to speak with you about thisopportunity.
Responsibilities
  • Developand execute effective talent acquisition strategies for SalesDevelopment Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) inthe Enterprise SaaSdomain.
  • Utilizeadvanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract toptier salestalent.
  • Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand specific role requirements andcreate targeted recruitmentplans.
  • Conductthorough screening and assessment processes to ensure the selectionof highperformingcandidates.
  • Manageendtoend recruitment processes including job postings interviewcoordination and offernegotiation.
  • Build andmaintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates throughnetworking industry events and otherchannels.
  • Stay updatedon industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitmentstrategies.

Requirements
  • Provenexperience for a minimum of 2 years as a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist in a highgrowth Enterprise SaaSenvironment.
  • Indepthknowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools for salestalentacquisition.
  • Familiaritywith the SDR and AE roles including understanding key skills andattributes forsuccess.
  • Strongunderstanding of the Enterprise SaaS landscape and its specifichiringchallenges.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaboratewith hiring managers andcandidates.
  • Ability towork in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
  • Datadrivenapproach to recruitment with a focus on measurable outcomes andcontinuousimprovement.

PreferredQualifications
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business or a relatedfield.
  • Relevantcertifications in talent acquisition orrecruitment.
  • Experiencewith Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitmenttechnologies.
  • Demonstratedsuccess in building diverse and inclusive salesteams.
