JobDescription:
Partner withpractice leaders within the organization to track and fulfilongoing hiring needs
Drive theendtoend talent acquisitionprocess
Determine current hiringneeds and producing forecasts
Design and run hiring drives as and whenneeded
Adopt practices thatensure a strong candidate experience throughout theprocess
Be adept at vendormanagement specific to Talent Acquisition Partners inclusive ofselection contract negotiation controlling costs and ensuringdelivery
Manage KPIs like time tofill cost per hire diversity hiring and candidatesatisfaction
Identify and managetools and methods to enable the overall recruitment processsmoothly
Lead employment brandinginitiatives
Perform sourcing tofill open positions and anticipate futureneeds
Building the right funnelfor all hiring needs through effective and innovativesourcing
Robust tracking andreporting across all stages of recruitmentcycle
Regularly use metrics tocreate actionable reports and identify areas ofimprovement
Driving the meetingswith all internal and externalstakeholders
Manage the endto endonboarding process for the incomingemployees
Manage the backgroundverification process for the incomingemployees
Innovate on hiringpractices by using new methods orchannels.
Keep a lookout fortalent available in the market and do specific head hunting asrequired
Requirements The candidate should have the following skills andtraits
Strong proven experiencein a talent acquisition
Overallexperience of minimum 5 years
Excellent interpersonal & communicationskills
Highly energeticindividual an excellent multitasker and agogetter
Ability to buildrelationships with & influencestakeholders
Excellent writtenand verbal communication
Strongwork ethics and trustworthiness
Work accurately with attention to detail by maintainingconfidentiality and integrity
Strong Excel and Power Pointskills
