Marketing Specialist, Talent Acquisition

FEV Tutor seeks a Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to become a valued member of our team, bringing with them a demonstrated expertise in recruiting marketing, digital marketing, and candidate engagement. This position requires active collaboration across departments to define top talent pools, develop targeted strategies to attract them, and optimize our recruitment processes to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and the organization. Reporting to the COO office, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in devising and executing strategies aimed at amplifying our brand visibility, attracting top talent, and fostering a supportive and
vibrant workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize top talent pools for freelance and full-time tutors based on business needs, market trends, and candidate demographics.
● Leverage digital marketing channels, industry partnerships, and targeted
outreach campaigns to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to attract high-quality tutors.
● Utilize market research and data analytics to identify key trends and opportunities within talent pools, informing strategic decision-making and optimizing recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
● Create compelling messaging and content for talent acquisition campaigns, including job postings, social media content, email campaigns, and digital ads, tailored to resonate with targeted talent pools.
● Collaborate with the operations team to streamline the onboarding process for newly recruited tutors, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience for candidates throughout a candidate journey.
● Monitor and analyze marketing and recruiting KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations.
● Cultivate an inclusive and growth-oriented culture, emphasizing attention to detail, hard work, and data-driven decision-making.
● Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition marketing and digital marketing, proactively identifying new opportunities and innovations to enhance our efforts.
● Navigate ambiguity, proactively solve challenges, and convert insights into actionable strategies,
demonstrating a bias for action and a commitment to tangible outcomes.
● Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
● Proven experience in talent acquisition marketing, particularly in identifying and attracting freelance talent in high-volume recruitment environments.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics platforms.
● Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal skills, project and process management, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
● Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimize recruitment strategies.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
● Experience in the education industry or with online tutoring platforms is a plus.
