Job Description: Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Recruitment Company: YAAS (Young Achievers Advisory Services)
About YAAS: YAAS is a dynamic and fast-growing organization dedicated to providing advisory services to help young achievers reach their full potential. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Recruitment team.
Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process for our organization. You will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels such as , job boards, and networking events to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and facilitating new hire orientations.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Recruitment Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job postings and employer branding materials to attract top talent.
- HR Administration: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and assisting with special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, particularly in recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to confidentiality
