Job Description

We are looking for a IT Sales Executive to join our team within the Asia business line. The Sales team is essential in Clovio Consulting’s  sales efforts and is responsible for a combination of Sales creation and revenue generation. You would be responsible to generate qualified pipeline that progresses through the sales funnel, generating new closed revenue. You’ll be prospecting into the India.

In this opportunity as a IT Sales Executive,

  • You will be responsible to Identify and research potential leads and target accounts within our defined customer segments in Enterprise Platform.
  • You will Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media engagements to connect with prospects and introduce them to our services.
  • You will assess the suitability of prospects by asking probing questions to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions.
  • You will be required to have  a deep understanding of our offerings in our services and effectively communicate their features, benefits to prospects.
  • You will be responsible to schedule meetings and demonstrations for our Senior Management Team members to engage with interested prospects.
  • You will be responsible to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect information’s and activities within our CRM system.
  • You will be required to collaborate with our Senior Management Team members to discuss and strategize to achieve the objective of setting up  meetings  with the prospects.
  • You will keep a close track on targets with a goal to hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance.
  • You are responsible to keep the client/customer at the forefront of everything you do, building connections and ensuring that deal finalized.

Requirements
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in IT sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services specifically in Cloud based HCM and Financial Enterprise  Applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.



Requirements
