Overview: Cronbay Technologies, a leading Digital Marketing agency based in Bangalore, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of sale strategies, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities: -
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, including initial contact, needs assessment, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to reach potential clients and contribute to the company's overall growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
