JD of the candidate we require:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our sales team. This role focuses on driving lead generation, client engagement, and CRM management, while providing strong backend support to Regional Managers in achieving business growth.
Responsibilities:
1) Conduct detailed market research and build a database of potential architects, interior designers, contractors, and direct clients, focusing on one state per lead generator.
2) Generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and set meetings for Regional Managers.
3) Coordinate client communication with internal teams (quotations, design, and operations).
4) Prepare customized presentations, brochures, and proposals for client meetings.
5) Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead data, interactions, and project stages.
6) Track, follow up, and ensure continuous client engagement through the CRM system.
7) Support regional sales targets by ensuring timely backend execution.
8) Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure quality of client-facing materials.
9) Analyze lead trends and provide feedback to Regional Managers for strategy planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Design); MBA in Marketing is a plus.
0-3 years of experience in business development, sales coordination, or client servicing, preferably in the lighting, architecture, or luxury design industry. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Comfortable in handling clients and coordinating across departments.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
