Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Lead and manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Design and optimize database structures , queries, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and documentation practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core development.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles.
