As a senior .NET support manager, we seek a highly skilled professional with exceptional technical expertise and strong leadership abilities to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET Core, strong C# and SQL DB skills, and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using excel is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have sound knowledge of DevOps: Azure DevOps and Source Control: GIT.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is necessary for this role. Candidates with good communication skills, both written and oral, are preferred. Knowledge of Angular and experience on Capital Market domain are desirable qualifications.

  • Resolving technical issues and providing timely support and assistance to client-facing employees and clients is a key responsibility of this role.
  • Thorough knowledge of incident management processes and strong communication skills to provide timely status updates on issue resolution are essential for success in this position.
  • Performing root cause analysis to identify the reasons for the underlying issue and monitoring all alerts related to applications to provide proactive services are critical tasks.
  • Coordinating with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues and documenting troubleshooting guides and FAQs are other key responsibilities.

We offer a permanent position with full overlap with US East coast work timings. This is a 100% remote role with flexibility in work hours.
