Hiring for leading Consumer Durable and Home Appliances Brand.Position: Area Sales Manager(Channel Sales/General Trade)

Functional Objective:Sales and Collection target achievement brand wise /product wise / territory wise / dealer-wise in accordance with the broad supervisory guidelines of the superior to achieve the Business Plan Targets and Management goals

Position Objectives:Sales and Collection target achievement brand wise/product wise / territory wise / dealer-wise in accordance with the broad supervisory guidelines of the BM/ Business Plan Targets.Sales Forecast - preparation of Sales Forecasts for the Territory/Area assigned productwise/segmentwise/dealer wise with pro action.Dealers schemes / consumer offers understanding and circulation to related dealers for smooth implementationDealer Management & Network expansion - Providing complete assistance to the Dealers and AWDs within the assigned territory to ensure secondary sales movement for eg timely product supply, brief of product USP, Price Structure, advertisement material supply like POP.Ensuring that the Customers-Dealers are served for their requirements in the quickest time to ensure Dealer Satisfaction particularly in issues pertaining to customer service , logistics , accounting etc.Identifying new markets/dealers and trade opportunities to immediate superior to explore the possibilities of expanding the distribution Network.Report trade partners grievances / complaints to BM for timely help and solutionsMarketing - Ensuring proper product positioning in dealers outlet , availability and display of POP material.Submitting recommendations on free service camps, exhibitions, live demos etc. as per business priorities to BM for approval & giving guidelines in accordance with local / territory requirementsAcquiring Balance confirmation/ Reconciliation statement from all Dealers/AWDs every month & No claim certificate on quarterly basis.Service - Know and understand product basics and USP’s with the help of local service teamsCoordinate with Service counterparts / service franchisees for ensuring effective after sales services to all dealers / AWD’s and Sub dealers of the territoryPlan free service camps , live demonstrations taking into consideration trade expectations and business requirementsKeep track of defective stocks and ensure timely repair of the same in coordination with service counterpart.Visit service franchisees outlet to understand service status and brief expectations, dealers service performance feedback in total interest.
