Position: Online Sales Manager

Experience Required: 3 – 8 Years of Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Online Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
E-commerce Management
Oversee and manage the company's online store(s), ensuring the website is optimized for user experience, speed, and conversion.
Implement tools and strategies to increase online sales, such as promotions, discounts, and cross-selling.
Digital Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with the digital marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content strategies to boost online visibility.
Create engaging and effective content for product listings, banners, and email campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor customer feedback, manage reviews, and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Sales Performance Tracking
Track and analyze sales data, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
Provide regular reports on online sales performance, trends, and recommendations for improvements.
Team Management & Training
Lead and motivate a team of online sales specialists to meet sales targets and provide exceptional service.
Train team members on best practices for online sales, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
Collaboration with Other Departments
Work cross-functionally with the product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth processing of online orders.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage inventory and product availability for online sales.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Any Graduate / MBA In Marketing
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience in online sales management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding online sales targets.
