About the RoleWe are looking for someone who has Operations/Event experience and Team handling. Who can passionately present and can explain/talk to multiple stakeholders, with the end goal of flawless campaign execution

ResponsibilitiesSupervising daily operations of the organization.Develop a productive, profitable, and achievement oriented working environment for employees.Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent Client Services.Educate the operations team on best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards.Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staff.Oversee operational cost, risk, and audit activities.Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion, and termination activities.Determine staffing requirements, work assignments, and schedules for new projects.Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.Coordinate with the Manager on different operational issues and promotional activities.Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.Generate operational reports for management as needed.Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition.Make sure all employees adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.Act as our representative and set an example for a team member.

RequirementsShould have 4-6 years of experience in Operations domain (in advertising industry)Proven experience as a Team Leader in Events, Project Management, or OOHExperience with recruiting and performance evaluation processesFamiliarity with financial and customer service principlesGood math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and statistics.Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Leadership and organizational abilitiesInterpersonal and communication skillsProblem-solving attitudeFlexibility to work in shifts
